He stated that the City could adjust the assessments to run up to <br />twenty years. <br /> <br />6.4. Partial Pay Estimate '3 for Elementary School Improvements <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ MOVED TO APPROVE PARTIAL PAY ESTIMATE '3 TO S.J. <br />LOUIS IN THE AMOUNT OF $127,751.56 FOR WORK COMPLETED ON THE ELEMENTARY <br />SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />6.5a. <br /> <br />Approve MnDOT Agreement for Signal <br /> <br />Terry Maurer indicated that he has reviewed the agreement provided by <br />MnDOT for the signal reconstruction work proposed for the intersection <br />of Trunk Highway 169 and Main Street. He indicated he recommends <br />approval of the agreement. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN MNDOT AND CITY <br />RECONSTRUCTION OF A STREET SIGNAL ON HIGHWAY <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br /> <br />92-28, AN RESOLUTION <br />OF ELK RIVER FOR THE <br />169 AND MAIN STREET. <br />MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />6.5b. <br /> <br />Approve MnDOT Agreement for Other Improvements <br /> <br />Terry Maurer indicated he has received a MnDOT cooperative Agreement <br />for the street and storm sewer improvements associated with the Trunk <br />Highway 169/Main Street Project. He indicated he had reviewed the <br />agreement and recommends approval. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO APPROVE THE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />MNDOT REGARDING THE STORM SEWER AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATED <br />THE TRUNK HIGHWAY 169/MAIN STREET PROJECT. Resolution Approving Plans and Ordering Bids for Main Street/T.H. <br />169 Project <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 92-29, A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING THE ADVERTISEMENT <br />FOR BIDS IN THE MATTER OF THE TRUNK HIGHWAY 169/MAIN STREET <br />INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT OF 1990. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />6.6. Consider Resolution Approving New Polling Places for the City of Elk <br />River <br /> <br />The City Clerk indicated that due to the overcrowded conditions of the <br />polling location at the Elk River Senior High School, it has become <br />necessary to locate other polling locations within the City of Elk <br />
