<br />Elk River City Council Minutes <br />February 17, 1992 <br /> <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pat Klaers, City Administrator, indicated that the Cable Commission <br />approved the expenditure of $6,000 for a Cable Consultant for <br />River. The Cable Commission further indicated that it would pay <br />most of the Council Chambers cable equipment if the Council agreed <br />go on cable. <br /> <br />had <br />Elk <br />for <br />to <br /> <br />There was discussion regarding the Jackson/Highway 169 feasibility <br />study. Terry Maurer indicated that all property owners met last week <br />with City staff to discuss the project. He further indicated that the <br />property owners are hoping to sign a petition requesting the <br />improvement. Additional information will be presented to the Council <br />at a later date. <br /> <br />Mayor Tralle indicated that he had received another request for a drop <br />box for garbage payments at the Post Office. Lori Johnson, Finance <br />Director, indicated that she will talk to Bill Birrenkott regarding <br />sharing a box with the Utilities. <br /> <br />6. Check Register <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO APPROVE THE 2/17/92 CHECK REGISTER. <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />It was decided that the Capital Improvement meeting would be rescheduled <br />to the length of the City Hall discussion. <br /> <br />due <br /> <br />7.
