Call Meeting to Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting was called to <br />order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Tralle. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Consider 2/17/92 City Council Agenda <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />There was a Council consensus to approve the agenda as presented. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Consider 2/3/92 City Council Minutes <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE <br />MINUTES. COUNCILMEMBER <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />MOVED <br />HOLMGREN <br /> <br />TO APPROVE THE 2/13/92 CITY COUNCIL <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br /> <br />4. City Hall Discussion on Structural form of the Building and Basic <br />Exterior Materials <br /> <br />Councilmember Schuldt indicated that he had toured cedar shake sites <br />and gave a brief summary of his findings. <br /> <br />Zack Johnson, Eos Architecture, indicated that in order to keep the <br />project on schedule, Council approval is needed on three items: 1) <br />layout of the floor plan, 2) the basic exterior material systems, and <br />3) the exterior structural shape. Zack indicated that bid documents <br />are planned to be ready in early May. He further indicated that the <br />cost estimates are right on budget for $2.3 million as revised, <br />following the addition of the 880 square feet to the administration <br />area. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />David Maroney, Eos Architecture, discussed exterior materials. He <br />indicated that glass block would no longer be recommended and granite <br />would be used in its place in the areas around the Council chambers and <br />a glass wall would be used by the fitness area. He indicated that <br />detailing had been added to the front and sides of the building in a <br />preliminary fashion and refinements in the detailing will be made later. <br />
