MEETING OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL HELD AT ELK RIVER CITY HALL MONDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 1992 MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Tralle, Councilmembers Schuldt, Holmgren, Dietz, and Kropuenske MEMBERS ABSENT: None STAFF PRESENT: Patrick Klaers, City Administrator; Sandra Thackeray, City Clerk; Phil Hals, street/Park Superintendent; Alice Heinecke, Secretary/Receptionist; Brenda Ebner, Secretary/Receptionist; and Mark Thompson, Street Department Employee 1. Call Meeting to Order Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Tralle. 2. Consider 2/3/92 City Council Agenda . COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO APPROVE THE AGENDA. COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. 5-0. 2/3/92 CITY COUNCIL THE MOTION CARRIED 3.1. Consider 1/13/92 City Council Minutes COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO APPROVE THE 1/13/92 CITY MINUTES. COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION 5-0. COUNCIL CARRIED 3.2. Open Mike No one appeared for this item. 5. Street Department Annual Report . Phil Hals, Street/Park Superintendent, presented the Street Department Annual Report. Phil Hals reviewed the duties of the Street Department employees. He also discussed the status of the existing Street Department equipment, the equipment purchased in 1991 and the projected needs for major equipment purchases in the future. Phil Hals discussed the projects undertaken by the Street Department on a routine basis. He also discussed special projects which have been completed by the street Department in 1991.
