Call Meeting to Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of Elk River City <br />Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Tralle. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Consider 6/1/92 City Council Agenda <br /> <br />Item 5.2. was moved to Item 5.14 on the agenda. <br />Item 7.1., City Clean Up Day, was added to the agenda. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO APPROVE THE AGENDA AS AMENDED. <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />3. Consider 5/18/92 City Council Minutes <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO APPROVE THE 5/18/92 <br />MINUTES. COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />4-0-1. Mayor Tralle abstained due to his absence. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MOTION CARRIED <br /> <br />4. Open Mike <br /> <br />No one appear for this item. <br /> <br />5.1. Board of Review <br /> <br />The City Council reviewed the following two cases which were tabled at <br />the Wednesday, April 29, 1992, Board of Review meeting. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Gordon Cornelius 75-432-0236 & 75-432-0234. Jerry Kritzeck, <br />County Assessor, explained that the Board of Review tabled a <br />decision on the proposed assessed value to Gordon Cornelius' lots <br />of $9,000 per lot. Jerry Kritzeck explained that Mr. Cornelius <br />felt the assessed value was too high because a neighboring <br />property owner did some excavation which caused a steep knoll on <br />Mr. Cornelius' lot. Jerry Kritzeck stated that he visited the lot <br />and verified that this was true and therefore stated that he was <br />
