Page 14, Item 3, strike out "all occurring within the highway <br />right-of-way". <br /> <br />After discussion, additional changes were made as follows: <br /> <br />5. The City Planner stated that this would be addressed in the <br />site specific grading plan and that it is the intent to save as many <br />trees as possible. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO APPROVE RESOLUTION 93-81, A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ELK PARK CENTER. <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />7.2. Consider Resolution of Approval for Preliminary Plat for Elk Park <br />Center <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO CONTINUE CONSIDERATION OF THE <br />RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR ELK PARK CENTER TO THE <br />JANUARY 18, 1994, CITY COUNCIL MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER SCHEEL SECONDED <br />THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />7.3. Consider Resolution Ordering Preparation of Feasibility Report for Elk <br />Park Center <br /> <br />MAYOR DUITSMAN MOVED TO APPROVE RESOLUTION 93-82, A RESOLUTION <br />DECLARING THE ADEQUACY OF THE PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENT AND ORDERING THE <br />PRELIMINARY FEASIBILITY REPORT IN THE MATTER OF THE ELK PARK CENTER <br />IMPROVEMENT OF 1993. COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />e <br />
