THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. 5.2. Consider Pay Estimates and Change Orders COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO APPROVE THE FOLLOWING PAY ESTIMATES AND CHANGE ORDERS: A. U FOR JACKSON AVENUE SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS B. U FOR HIGHWAY 10 LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENTS C. #2 FOR MEADOWVALE HEIGHTS TRUNK UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS D. #4 FOR HERITAGE LANDING STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS E. #3 FOR MISSISSIPPI OAKS STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS F. #4 FOR CHERRYHILL BLUFFS STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS G. CHANGE ORDERS TO DELAY PLACEMENT OF BITUMINOUS WEAR COURSE FOR HERITAGE LANDING, CHERRYHILL BLUFFS, AND MISSISSIPPI OAKS PHASE I. COUNCILMEMBER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. 5.3. Special Assessment Reapportionments/Mississippi Oaks e Lori Johnson, Finance Director, explained that the Mississippi Oaks plat has been recorded and there are two parcels that are part of the plat with assessments as follows: Parcel 1981 Sanitary Sewer Project 1992 Western Area Area Improvement Project ------------------------ 75-005-1200 75-132-4110 $1,751.03 $ 812.95 $170,999.81 $ 67,326.68 Lori Johnson stated that all four of the assessments were deferred and that the 1992 western area improvement assessments were deferred without interest. She further stated that all of the assessments on Parcel 75-005-1200 have been reapportioned to the 37 lots in Mississippi Oaks. Lori Johnson noted that only five acres of Parcel 75-132-4110 are included in the Mississippi Oaks plat and that assessments on this parcel have been pro-rated, with the portion applicable to the Mississippi Oaks plat being reapportioned to the 37 lots in the plat. Lori Johnson stated that the total amount of assessments per lot including the 1993 assessments is $18,495.02. e COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO REAPPORTIONMENT TO MISSISSIPPI OAKS. THE MOTION.
