He further stated that <br />the Council could choose to act on the proposal at that time, even <br />though the final details may need to be worked out with the developer, <br />Kraus-Anderson. <br /> <br />8. Adjournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, VICE MAYOR DIETZ MOVED TO ADJOURN THE <br />MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER SCHEEL SECONDED THE MOTION.
