COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 93-53, A RESOLUTION <br />ADOPTING THE FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE FRESNO STREET STORM DRAINAGE <br />AND STREET IMPROVEMENT WITH THE OPTION TO ADD FIVE, SEVEN, OR TEN YEAR <br />FINANCING AND WITH THE ADJUSTMENTS APPROVED FOR THE SMITH AND COLBATH <br />PROPERTIES. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />The Council recessed at 8:20 p.m. Councilmember Farber left for work at <br />this time. The Council reconvened at 8:40 p.m. <br /> <br />7.2. Consider Resolution Adopting Assessment Roll for Heritage Landing <br />Improvements <br /> <br />City Engineer, Terry Maurer, noted that three new developments have <br />petitioned for improvements. The developments are Heritage Landing, <br />Mississippi Oaks, and CherryHill Bluffs 2nd Addition. He indicated <br />that because the improvements have been petitioned by the developers, <br />there is no need to hold a public hearing for the assessment. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 93-54, A RESOLUTION <br />DETERMINING ASSESSED CGSTS OF IMPROVEMENT AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL IN THE MATTER OF HERITAGE LANDING IMPROVEMENT <br />
