STAFF VERIFY THAT THE ROAD PLANS ARE ACCURATE. <br /> <br />2. THE PINE TREES LOCATED SOUTH OF THE WEST END OF THE ROAD IN THE <br />PLAT ARE NOT DESTROYED DUE TO ROAD CONSTRUCTION. <br /> <br />3. THE CITY ENGINEER RECHECK THE DRAINAGE PLAN TO BE SURE THAT HOUSES <br />IN THE PLAT AND OUTSIDE THE PLAT WILL NOT FLOOD. <br /> <br />4. STAFF MEET WITH THE NEIGHBORS WHEN THE FINAL REVISED DRAWINGS OF <br />THE FINAL PLAT AND PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE COMPLETED. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION.
