The project is an extension to the Shakopee <br />Community Center and includes a remodel of the existing recreational facility. <br />The project was completed in multiple phases, beginning with construction of the <br />ice arena. Renovations to the existing facility include changing the current ice <br />arena to an aquatic center, enhancing the fitness center and studios and adding <br />an indoor play area, senior lounge and large community room.
