<br />City Council Minutes <br />February 28, 1994 <br /> <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ MOVED TO APPROVE THE ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION <br />REQUESTED BY VERN OHMAN TO SUBDIVIDE A TEN-ACRE PARCEL OF PROPERTY INTO <br />TWO FIVE-ACRE PARCELS WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: <br /> <br />PAYMENT OF PARK DEDICATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $450.00 BE PAID TO THE CITY. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED <br />4-0. <br /> <br />7.5. Consider request by City of Elk River to subdivide approximately 2.3 acres into one <br />lot and two outlots/Public Hearing <br /> <br />The City Administrator indicated that the proposed plat consists of one lot and <br />three outlots. The property was owned by Burlington Northern Railroad. The <br />property has been purchased and the platting process will allow for individual <br />ownership of the lot and outlots. <br /> <br />Discussion was held regarding the road right-of-way in the plat. It was the <br />Mayor's concern that the road right of way be maintained. <br /> <br />Mayor Duitsman opened the public hearing. There being no one for or against <br />the matter, the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO CONTINUE THIS ITEM UNTIL THE ROAD <br />RIGHT OF WAY ISSUE IS ADDRESSED BY STAFF. COUNCILMEMBER FARBER SECONDED <br />THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />10.0 <br /> <br />Adiournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO <br />ADJOURN. COUNCILMEMBER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION.
