Block 3) in place of <br />the previous outlot, which was needed for storm drainage purposes. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Steven Ach indicated that there are two exceptions from the plat. These <br />exceptions include the DiCkenson property and the four residential lots in the <br />southwest corner. He stated that the developers have indicated that they would <br />like to include these exceptions as part of the plat to simplify real estate <br />documents associated with the project. <br /> <br />Mayor Duitsman opened the publiC hearing. There being no comments from the <br />public on this matter, Mayor Duitsman closed the pUblic hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCllMEMBER DIETZ MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 94-9, A RESOLUTION <br />GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR elK PARK CENTER. COUNCllMEMBER <br />FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />7.2. <br /> <br />Consider Resolution orderinq Plans and Specifications in the Matter of the Elk Park <br />Center Improvement of 1994 <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />City Engineer Terry Mourer reviewed the feasibility study for Elk Park Center. He <br />indicated that all improvements from the preliminary feasibility study have been <br />incorporated into this study. <br /> <br />The Council discussed the developer's costs involved in the project. Mr. Bert <br />Dahlberg of Kraus Anderson indicated that he is in favor of moving ahead with <br />the project. but would like to further review with the City the developers expenses <br />for off-site improvements. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 94-10 A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE FEASIBILITY STUDY AND ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATTER OF THE ELK PARK CENTER IMPROVEMENT OF <br />1994. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />7.3. Consider Resolution Orderinq the Preparation of Plans and Soecs in the Mo tter of <br />the County Road 12/13 Drainaoe Improvement of 1994 <br /> <br />City Engineer Terry Maurer indicated that the plans and specifications need to <br />be completed for the storm drainage improvement project between County <br />Road 12 and County Road 13 (Deschenes/Schultz).
