<br />Elk River City Council Meeting <br />May 8, 1995 <br /> <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />MnDOT on this project and further stated that several youth volunteers from <br />different groups within the city assisted in this project. <br /> <br />The City Administrator informed the Council that the city would be waiving the <br />security bond from Kraus-Anderson due to the construction of the Target store. <br /> <br />The City Administrator distributed a Sherburne County Highway map which listed <br />the proposed 1995 county construction projects. <br /> <br />The City Administrator informed the Council that the city has obtained a ten foot <br />easement from Stewart Wilson for the extension of sewer and water along the <br />west side of Sandpiper Estates. . <br /> <br />The City Administrator distributed a letter from city staff to Tony Emmerich and <br />also distributed a letter of response from Tony Emmerich. Both letters referred to <br />the city's requirement of the developer to submit a Letter of Credit or other form <br />of fInancial guarantee for publiC improvements. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />It was the consensus of the Council that in order to be consistent with city policy, <br />the city must collect a Letter of Credit from Tony Emmerich Homes for <br />improvements being completed in the Business Park. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Adiournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO <br />ADJOURN THE MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION.
