MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Other Business <br /> <br />10.1 <br /> <br />Medical Laboratorv Proclamation <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHEEL MOVED TO PROCLAIM APRIL 16-22 AS MEDICAL <br />LABORATORY WEEK IN ELK RIVER MINNESOTA. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />10.2 Elk River Anniversarv <br /> <br />Mayor Duitsman questioned the Council whether they would be interested in <br />finding out an anniversary date for the City of Elk River for the purpose of holding <br />a celebration. It was the consensus of the Council that they would be interested <br />in this information. <br /> <br />11. Staff Updates <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The City Administrator informed the Council that the Pork and Recreation <br />Commission would be meeting with the neighbors near City Hall regarding the <br />location of two soccer fields on city property. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Adiournment <br /> <br />There being no further business. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO <br />ADJOURN. COUNCILMEMBER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION.
