Each <br /> business/proposal will be reviewed and approved/denied through our Conditional Use Permit public <br /> hearing process. <br /> On November 7, 2016, the City Council approved an ordinance amendment to allow commercial kennels <br /> in the C-1 (Central Commercial) zoning district. <br /> Staff is not recommending the C-2 (Office District) be amended to include commercial kennels. The <br /> office district provides for the location and development of offices and other service and light <br /> commercial uses.
