<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />sources (including local, state, and federal funding for both capital and operating assistance as may be <br />projected at the time of the study), and new and additional sources of funding that could be developed in <br />the future, including innovative financing techniques. <br /> <br />Task 3 - Deliverables <br /> <br />The following deliverables will be produced. <br /> <br />~ Forty (40) copies of a Commuter Rail Extension Report, incl.uding and/or summarizing the <br />following: <br /> <br />./ Executive Summary <br />./ Extension Area Purpose and Need <br />./ Capital Cost Estimate <br />./ Signal System Assessment <br />./ Operating Plan <br />./ Operating and Maintenance Cost Estimate <br />./ Ridership Forecast Technical Memorandum <br />./ Financial Analysis Technical Memorandum for the extension study area <br />./ Social, Environmental, and Economic Technical Memorandum <br />./ Map of Extension Study area indicating rail alignment, stations and maintenance facility if <br />appropriate. <br /> <br />Task 4 - Management Plan and Schedule <br /> <br />The following is a framework for the Management Plan for the extension of the Northstar Corridor <br />project north of downtown Rice to Camp Ripley. <br /> <br />~ Coordinate with the NCDA Project Management Team and appropriate staff on a regular basis to <br />discuss work products and project schedule. <br /> <br />~ Refine the scope of work, if necessary, based on changing project conditions. <br /> <br />~ Give technical direction to and coordinate with the various disciplines and specialists working on the <br />project. <br /> <br />~ Coordinate with the Northstar Corridor Project Management Team on the public participation <br />program for the extension study area. <br /> <br />~ Assure the project work program is completed on time and within budget. <br /> <br />~ Prepare monthly progress reports. <br /> <br />It is assumed that the extension study from north of downtown Rice to Camp Ripley will be completed in <br />coordination with the Northstar Corridor MIS and Commuter Rail EIS.
