Many <br />of our staff have backgrounds in municipal and county government, <br />education or with development firms and non-profit organizations, so they <br />share our clients' perspectives in developing solutions. <br /> <br />Each client draws on the talents of many members of our staff. We assign a <br />specific client service team to ensure primary responsibility for each project. <br />The teams are comprised of qualified individuals who are experienced in the <br />specific challenges confronting you. The teams are free to draw upon the <br />expertise of our entire staff. <br /> <br />Nicholas R. "Nick" Dragisich, Executive Vice President and Client <br />Representative, will be the primary contact and senior officer responsible for <br />overall project management. He has been directly responsible or involved in <br />numerous searches in Minnesota and in the mid-Atlantic states. He has over <br />20 years of management experience ranging from city administrator to city <br />engineer. He holds a master's degree in business administration and a <br />bachelor's degree in civil engineering. <br /> <br />Craig Rapp, Vice President and Client Representative, will be responsible for <br />assisting Mr. Dragisich in the preliminary review and screening of potential <br />candidates and developing a list of final candidates for consideration by the <br />City. He has twenty-five years as a senior executive in both the public and <br />private sectors, holding the positions of City Manager in three cities, <br />Community Development Director of the Metropolitan Council of the Twin <br />Cities, Managing Principal of a planning and urban design firm, and President <br />of his own consulting firm.
