No Solicitation Policy <br /> <br />~ Springsted <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />Springsted has a continuing interest in the success of this selection process. <br />For that reason, we will return to the City, if requested, approximately <br />90 days after the selected candidate for Community Development Director <br />begins working, to assist in the resolution of any issues that may have <br />surfaced between the governing body and/or the City Administrator and the <br />new Community Development Director. <br /> <br />Springsted also commits to performing another executive search if the new <br />Community Development Director voluntarily resigns, or is dismissed for <br />cause, during the first year of employment. <br /> <br />Each of these services will be provided at no additional cost to the City, <br />other than reimbursement for direct expenses incurred by Springsted. <br /> <br />Springsted feels very strongly that, once a candidate has accepted a position, <br />that person has an obligation to be on the job for a good period of time. <br /> <br />Springsted will not actively recruit anyone whom we have placed with <br />a client during their employment with that client. <br /> <br />City of Elk River, Minnesota.
