Easement Agreements <br /> <br />Backqround <br /> <br />On July 19, 1999, the City Council approved General Planning Permit GP 99-7 to allow <br />the Country Club and the City to exchange land and easements to facilitate <br />construction of a new maintenance facility on the Country Club property. Access to the <br />new facility is from the Woodland Trails Park entry drive. Construction has begun on <br />the maintenance facility. <br /> <br />land Exchange <br />Attached is a resolution declaring the sale of excess property and outlining the <br />exchange between the City and the Country Club. The City will exchange 1.2 acres <br />near the entrance to Woodland Trails Park for 2.82 acres of Country Club land located <br />between the railroad trail and the west edge of Top of the World Park. <br /> <br />Easement Exchange <br />Three agreements are required to document the easement exchange between the two <br />parties: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. Driveway Easement Agreement: allows access over the existing park entry road <br />and requires the Country Club to participate in the costs for sealcoating and <br />overlays. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
