Planning Commission Minutes Page 2 <br /> July 25,2017 <br /> Lynn Caswell,representing the applicant, stated that if only five lots were favored, the <br /> applicant would approach the layout differently. <br /> Councilmember Wagner stated she was not opposed to looking at options to change the <br /> zoning of the property. <br /> Mr. Carlton stated that staff will look at possibly rezoning the property, as the proposal does <br /> not meet the existing zoning requirements. The Planning Commission expressed their <br /> support for a possible rezoning, stating it was good to have a mix of lot sizes. <br /> 6.2 Highway I 0 Corridor South of 171'Avenue NW <br /> Mr. Carlton provided information regarding the various land use designations and zoning <br /> districts along the Highway 10 corridor south of 171st Avenue. <br /> Discussion followed regarding improving the aesthetics along the corridor,increasing <br /> standards,possibly combining some of the various zoning districts, the location of the YAC <br /> fields and impacts development may have,and impacts of future signalization of Highway <br /> 10. <br /> 7.
