Meetings were held with the following cities: Elk <br />River, Anoka, S1. Cloud, Coon Rapids, Ramsey, Becker, Fridley, Big Lake, <br />Minneapolis, Clear Lake, and Rice. Feedback from the cities will be presented to <br />the Project Management Team and the Technical Advisory Committee for their <br />review on July 22. A list of preferred station locations will then be presented to <br />the NCDA in August for its consideration and input. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />4. Mary Richardson, Richardson, Richter and Associates, provided an update on <br />Burlington Northern Santa Fe negotiations. <br /> <br />5. MIS/EIS Update: <br /> <br />a. BRW, Inc. will provide copies of the Phase I Study Report <br />Documents at the August NCDA meeting. <br /> <br />b. Stephanie Eiler summarized the No-Build Alternative to the Northstar <br />Corridor Major Investment Study dated June 10, 1999. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Duane Grandy, seconded by Dan Erhart and <br />carried unanimously to approve the Transportation Systems Management <br />(TSM) Alternative for the Northstar Corridor Major Investment Study <br />dated June 24, 1999, as prepared and presented by BRW, Inc. The TSM <br />Alternative builds on the No-Build Alternative and includes infrastructure <br />improvements that will benefit transit operations along with improvements <br />3 <br /> <br />. <br />
