<br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Northstar Corridor Development <br />Authority (NCDA) resolves: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />To receive additional financial contribution from the <br />Anoka County Regional Railroad Authority and other <br />members to be used for expenses arising from activities of <br />the NCDA in fulfilling its purposes, and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2) To authorize the Executive Committee to receive <br />contributions from NCDA members and to approve <br />expenditures, and <br /> <br />3) To amend the total 1999 budget and the line item relating to <br />Authority Expenses by an increase of$10,000. <br /> <br />d. They are <br />required by federal law under the National Environmental Policy Act <br />(NEP A) in order to insure that the public and appropriate governmental <br />agencies are involved early on in the decision-making process. <br /> <br />e.
