INTRO TO PADDLEFIT <br />This class focuses on introducing the sport of Stand Up Paddleboarding <br />(SUP) in a fun and safe manner. We will teach you the fundamentals, as <br />well as safety and SUP laws. No previous experience is necessary, but <br />you must be comfortable in the water and be able to swim. Class accommodates all skill and <br />fitness levels, but some previous paddling experience is required, or <br />completion of the Intro to SUP class.
