REGARDING ECFE AND PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION
<br />HOW DO I REGISTER? You can register by phone at 763-241-3524, by mail, online at www.728communityed.com, or in person at the ECFE
<br />Office in the Handke Center or at the Rogers ECFE location.
<br />WHEN SHOULD I REGISTER? We take registrations until classes fill and take names for a wait list when necessary.
<br />WHAT ARE THE FEES? Fees are based on the number of times the class meets. Full payment is due when you register online. A sliding fee
<br />scale is below. No one will be turned away because of inability to pay. Please call our office to ask questions, make other arrangements, or to have
<br />fees waived or reduced.
<br />WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL? If you need to cancel from a class, we will pro -rate the fee and issue a refund. There are no refunds for
<br />missed classes due to illness or due to inclement weather. Credits will be issued, if requested, for classes canceled due to inclement weather.
<br />DOES MY CHILD NEED TO HAVE UP-TO-DATE IMMUNIZATIONS BEFORE ATTENDING? Per Minnesota law, up-to-date
<br />immunizations, medical exemption, or a notarized objection letter must be submitted with registration and will be kept in the minor child's record.
<br />WHAT IF MY CHILD HAS SPECIAL NEEDS? We welcome persons of all abilities to participate in our classes and activities. If any special
<br />accommodations are needed, please let us know at the time you register. We are not able to provide transportation to classes unless specifically noted.
