Dick W olsfeld introduced the EIS and MIS Process and reviewed the Phase 2 MIS Schedule. Jodi Ruehle reviewed the No-Build Alternative and Dan Meyers reviewed the TSM Alternative. No action taken. If NCDA members are aware of any additional sources BRW should consider when analyzing the No-Build Alternative, they should contact BRW with this information. Telecommuting will be added as an alternative under the TSM Alternative. 9.
