<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Tom Gamec, seconded by Paul Ostrow and carried <br />unanimously to approve the Principles for Station Area Location and Planning <br />dated May 26, 1999, including Goals, Station Location (service and safety) and <br />Community Integration (access, land use, and park and ride facilities). <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />BR W distributed and reviewed the Definition of Alternatives for EIS and MIS <br />Process including a No-Build Alternative, a Transportation System Management <br />(TSM) Alternative, and the Northstar Corridor Phase 2 Major Investment Study <br />Schedule. Dick W olsfeld introduced the EIS and MIS Process and reviewed the <br />Phase 2 MIS Schedule. Jodi Ruehle reviewed the No-Build Alternative and Dan <br />Meyers reviewed the TSM Alternative. No action taken. <br /> <br />If NCDA members are aware of any additional sources BRW should consider <br />when analyzing the No-Build Alternative, they should contact BRW with this <br />information.
