<br />The Northstar Corridor Development Authority met on June 3, 1999, at 4:30 p.m. at the
<br />Sherburne County Government Center, Elk River, Minnesota.

<br />Scott Harlicker, Dean Michalko, Jim Barten, Rick Speak, Lewis Stark, Gerry Donlin,
<br />Duane Grandy, Don Jolly, John Norgren, Jim Dickinson, Duane Cekalla, Carl Yilek,
<br />Gerald Goebel, Steve Billings, Tom Gamec, Tom Cruikshank, Gary Hammer, Ken

<br />Chairperson Wergin called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
<br />
<br />2. A motion was made by Gerry Donlin, seconded by John Norgren and carried
<br />unanimously to approve the agenda of June 3, 1999, as presented.
<br />
<br />A motion was made by Duane Grandy, seconded by Pat Cairns and carried
<br />unanimously to approve the meeting minutes of May 6, 1999, regular meeting
<br />minutes as presented.
<br />
<br />3. Executive Committee Report:
<br />
<br />a. A motion was made by John Norgren, seconded by Dave Sanders and
<br />carried unanimously to approve the Revised 1999 Northstar Corridor
<br />Development Authority Budget, dated May 12, 1999, as presented. (on
<br />file at Richardson Richter & Associates)

<br />b.
<br />
<br />A motion was made by Ken Paulson, seconded by Gerry Donlin and
<br />carried unanimously to approve the recommendation of the Executive
<br />Committee to enter into an Agreement for Professional Services with
<br />David Loch for the term June 3, 1999 to December 31, 1999 for a contract
<br />amount not to exceed $30,000 (hourly rate of$75.00).
