Complete Table 9 to summarize water level data for each well being monitored. Provide the name of the <br /> aquifer and a brief description of how much water levels vary over the season (the difference between <br /> the highest and lowest water levels measured during the year) and the long-term trends for each well. If <br /> water levels are not measured and recorded on a routine basis,then provide the static water level when <br /> each well was constructed and the most recent water level measured during the same season the well <br /> was constructed. Also include all water level data taken during any well and pump maintenance.Add <br /> rows to the table as needed. <br /> Provide water level data graphs for each well in Appendix 3 for the life of the well, or for as many years <br /> as water levels have been measured.
