Overview of Deficiencies <br />This single story, single family home was built in 1934. It consists of three bedrooms, one bath and a partially <br />finished basement. The house interior needs much updating of kitchen, walls and flooring. The house <br />exterior needs repairs on the roof, chimney, and siding. There is evidence of structural shifting of the house <br />as evidenced in the roof, corner foundation and the additional floor jacks installed in the basement to stabilize <br />the upper floor.
