Investigate and repair plaster cracking in upper walls of kitchen that are showing signs of wall <br /> settlement. <br /> Combination of Deficiencies <br /> 1. Essential Utilities and Facilities <br /> a. Outlets throughout the house are old and ungrounded. They need to be replaced with <br /> grounded outlets to meet code. <br /> b. New GFCI and AFCI protected receptacles need to be installed in areas of house per <br /> electrical code. <br /> c. Various areas in basement have non-metallic sheathed electrical wiring improperly installed, <br /> which needs to be re-routed to meet current electrical code. <br /> d. Much of the current household wiring is original non-grounded wiring,which will need to be <br /> updated/replaced. <br /> 2. Light and Ventilation <br /> a.
