Roof is showing a protrusion mid-roof running from ridge to entryway addition indicating structure <br /> settlement or heaving. <br /> 2. Circuit breaker box has open slots that need to be filled. <br /> c. House lacks code-required AFCI receptacles in living room,bedrooms and hallways. <br /> d. Current forced-air system does not meet current heating and ventilation code and needs to <br /> be replaced. <br /> e.
