OA 99-3 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 900.10(16) of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances <br />shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />A. Permitted Uses <br /> <br />f. Sherburne County fair <br /> <br />Section 2.
