<br /> <br />City of Elk River <br /> <br />City Council <br /> <br />Resolution 17-____ <br /> <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Authorizing <br />Agreement No. 1027153 with the State of Minnesota, Department of <br />Transportation for Signal System Revisions <br /> <br />WHEREAS, MnDOT is reconstructing TH10; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, part of the work is the replacement of a signal system and construction of <br />new stormwater basins. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, as follows: the City of Elk River enter into MnDOT Agreement No. <br />1027153 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, to provide for <br />payment by the City of Elk River to the State of Minnesota of the city’s share of the costs of <br />the signal system revision construction and other associated construction to be performed <br />upon, along and adjacent to TH10 from 388 feet west of Joplin Street to 146 feet east of <br />Xenia Avenue within the corporate city limits under State Project No. 7102-127 <br />(TH10=003). It is further resolved that the mayor and the city clerk are authorized to <br />execute the said permit on behalf of the City of Elk River. <br /> <br />th <br />Passed and adopted this 15 day of May, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> John J.
