<br /> <br />City of Elk River <br /> <br />City Council <br /> <br />Resolution 17-____ <br /> <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Approving a State of <br />Minnesota and Minnesota Department of Transportation Limited Use <br />Permit for a Non-Motorized Recreational Trail <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a recreational trail will be constructed along TH10 from Gary Street to <br />Simonet Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, for placement of a recreational trail in a state right-of-way, the city must <br />approve a Limited Use Permit for a non-motorized recreational trail from the State of <br />Minnesota and Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, as follows: Limited Use Permit 7102-0017 for the use and maintenance of <br />a non-motorized recreational trail within the right-of-way of TH10 is hereby approved and <br />the mayor and city clerk are authorized to execute said permit on behalf of the City of Elk <br />River. <br /> <br />th <br />Passed and adopted this 15 day of May, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> John J.
