A landscape plan be provided and approved by staff which screens the <br />adjacent properties to the north and south. <br /> <br />2. Future development of the property as a church will require conditional <br />use permit. <br /> <br />3. The proposed parking area meet the established setback requirements. <br /> <br />4. Staff will require verification of the septic system to insure the system <br />meets the requirements of the proposed use. <br /> <br />5. The parking lot be lighted per staffs recommendation. <br /> <br />6. Per Section 900.24 of the Zoning Code, the parking lot may be surfaced <br />with class 5 material and curbing will not be required. <br /> <br />7.
