Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Parks and <br /> Recreation Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Anderson. <br /> 2. Consider 04/12/17 Agenda <br /> Moved by Commissioner Sagan and seconded by Commissioner Ahlness to <br /> approve the April 12,2017, Parks and Recreation Commission meeting <br /> agenda. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 3.1 Consider 03/09/17 Regular PRC Minutes <br /> Moved by Commissioner Kallemeyn and seconded by Commissioner <br /> Niziolek to approve the following March 9, 2017 Parks and Recreation <br /> Commission Minutes. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 4. Open Forum - None <br /> 5.1 Trott Brook Park Outdoor Ice Rink <br /> Mr. Hecker presented his staff report. <br /> Chair Anderson stated residents are doing what they want to do and the rink can <br /> reopen later in the year. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Niziolek and seconded by Commissioner Sagan to <br /> recommend to accept staff recommendation to close the Trott Brook Park <br /> Outdoor Ice Rink for the season of 2017-18. Motion carried 6-0. <br />
