recommends a majority of the trees be planted along Proctor Avenue to screen the parked vehicles from
<br />view of the public and along the south property line to screen the existing residential homes.
<br />Applicable Regulation
<br />The issuance of a Conditional Use Permit can be ordered only if the use at the proposed location:

<br />along Proctor Avenue are implemented. Long -term re- development impacts must be considered.
<br />4. mill be served adequately by and will not adversely affect essential public facilities and services including streets,
<br />police and fire protection, drainage, refuse disposal, mater and sewer systems, parks and scbools; and will not, in
<br />particular, create trafic congestion or interference with traffic on adjacent and neigbboring public thoroughfares.
