User Agreement that defines the flow and pollutant limits that are allocated to Waste <br />Management. <br />6.3 Implementation Schedule <br />The proposed implementation schedule for modification of Waste Management's current <br />leachate management practices include piloting and testing with full scale operation, design, <br />permitting, and construction. Testing is proposed for a period of 6-9 months following <br />construction and start-up of the activated sludge treatment processes in fall 2015.
