The City will assist property owners to redevelop selective <br />sites in order to improve the image of the corridor. <br /> <br />3. Review land use regulations that will promote the <br />Highway 10 Corridor as the City’s “front door”, protect it <br />from future incompatible land uses, and incorporates <br />flexibility for final design changes to Highway 10. <br /> <br />4. Seek out beautification opportunities (landscaping, art, <br />etc.) along the corridor. <br /> <br />5. Work with property owners to rehabilitate obsolete <br />buildings. <br /> <br />6. Establish educational opportunities to encourage code <br />compliance and improvements by property owners. <br /> <br />7. After City approval on a final design, enter into <br />negotiations with MnDOT to secure an agreement on the <br />implementation schedule and securing potential funding <br />options. <br /> <br /> <br /> Main Street and Highway 10
