As you will see the proposal has <br />been divided into four tasks. The first task, as we discussed, is a short-term 45 <br />day assignment that will focus on the development of federal funding applications <br />and supporting materials. The remaining tasks are the long-term strategies <br />necessary to secure federal funding and build appropriate community support. <br /> <br />On behalf of The Tinklenberg Group I would like to thank you for the opportunity <br />to present this proposal to you.
