Commission members will perform their fiduciary responsibilities to protect and enhance the <br /> value of ERMU, exercising due diligence and using sound business judgment consistent with <br /> ERMU's enabling legislation and other applicable laws. <br /> 5. The ERMU Commission of Directors is committed to excellent governance. This requires <br /> that individual Directors be well-informed about ERMU, its customers and stakeholders, <br /> the utility business, prudent financial management, and the Commission's own <br /> governance structure and processes.
