Waste reduction <br />and recycling efforts would be established during the construction phase, and <br />become standard practice once youth programming begins. Attached is a <br />draft agreement detailing the degree of environmental programming the <br />Boys and Girls Club would provide. <br /> <br />For your information, I have enclosed a letter from Mr. Art Dunn, Director of <br />the Minnesota Office of Environmental Assistance. Mr. Dunn's letter <br />responds to the appropriateness of this request. Attached, also find a letter <br />from Mr. John Fitzgerald, Executive Director of the Elk River Boys and Girls <br />Club. Mr. Fitzgerald has provided background information on the Club, <br />product bids, and a summary of the Club's capital fundraising efforts. Mr. <br />Fitzgerald and I, will both be present to answer questions you may have <br />regarding this request. <br />
