<br />. <br /> <br />ELK RIVER ARENA - ICE RENTAL CONTRACT <br />1998 - 1999 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Ronald Bratlie <br /> <br />acting as a agent of <br /> <br />Independent School District #728 <br /> <br />Club or Organization, on behalf of <br /> <br />said Club or Organization, do hereby agree to pay the Elk River Arena for the rental hours estimated in this <br /> <br />agreement. <br /> <br />(a) Total number of estimated hours to reserve: J~3~ Hours. <br />BeginningDate: Jo/d.(;; Iqt through ending date: J /;).C,/99 . <br /> <br />(Dates and times will be finalized between the acting agent and the Elk River Arena Manager.) <br />(The record keeping for the scheduling (division) of these hours between the boys and girls programs for <br />gender equity purposes will be the responsibility of the acting Agent of the Club or Organization, not Elk <br />River Arena or its Arena Manager.) <br /> <br />(b) The rates per hour for the 1998 - 1999 season is: <br /> <br />RATES: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Barn <br />Olympic <br /> <br />1998-99 <br />Prime NPrime <br />$120 $95 <br />$130 $95 <br /> <br />All Tournament ice hours will be $130.00 an hour. <br />Prime Hours are considered 6:00 am through 10:00 PM. <br />NonPrime (NPrime) are considered after 10:00 PM and prior to 5:59 am. <br />School in session hours, (excluding breaks) from 8:00 am through 2:30 pm will be 2/3rd of the non <br />prime rate. <br /> <br />(c) Additional services and fees: <br />An Additional $5.00 will be charged for each additional ice resurfacing.
