Request by Robert Benson for Easement Vacation. Public Hearing-Case No. EV 05-01 <br /> <br />Planner Chris Leeseberg submitted the staff report. Mr. Leeseberg stated the applicant is <br />requesting an easement vacation in order to construct a deck off the rear of his house. He <br />provided an overview of the request. <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, Mayor <br />Klinzing closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER FARBER AND SECONDED BY <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUMPHREY TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 05-07 FOR <br />VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT, CASE NO. EV 05-01 <br />WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: <br /> <br />1. A LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE EASEMENT VACATION SHALL BE <br />PROVIDED PRIOR TO RECORDING THE REQUEST AT THE <br />COUNTY. <br /> <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />5.4. Request by Peter Specht for Ordinance Amendment to Allow Bus Storage in 11 (Light <br />Industrial) Zoning District as a Conditional Use. Public Heating-Case No. PA 04-07 <br /> <br />Planner Chris Leeseberg submitted the staff report. Mr. Leeseberg stated the applicant is <br />requesting an ordinance amendment to allow coach bus storage in the 11 zoning district as a <br />conditional use. He stated the issue with allowing coach bus storage is the additional traffic <br />impact on arterial/collector streets but that the Council could set a limit on th~ number of <br />buses allowed on these streets. <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, Mayor <br />Klinzing closed the public hearing. <br />
