<br />. <br /> <br />DRAFT <br /> <br />DRAFT <br /> <br />DRAFT <br /> <br />NORTHSTAR CORRIDOR DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />Regular Meeting Minutes <br />December 10,1998 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />A motion was made by Paul McCarron, seconded by Mark <br />Stenglein and carried unanimously to approve the recommendation <br />of the Northstar Executive Committee to extend the term of the <br />contract with Ken Stevens until December 31, 1999, increase the <br />contract amount by $20,000 and to increase the hourly rate at a <br />maximum of$105.00. <br /> <br />5. Stephanie Eiler, Anoka County, reviewed the draft MnDOT Phase II Twin Cities <br />Metropolitan Commuter Rail Study. Gabriel Guevara, MnDOT, representing the <br />Twin Cities Metropolitan Commuter Rail Study, was available to answer <br />questions about their findings. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />The next meeting of the Northstar Corridor Development Authority is scheduled <br />for Thursday, January 7, 1999, at 4:30 p.m. at the Sherburne County <br />Government Center. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />7.
