Protracted negotiations with BNSF have required additional <br />modeling and analysis of results. The 2000 budget will be expended with <br />the November invoice. The 2001 budget for these services is $75,000. <br />Continued negotiations with BNSF require the uninterrupted services of <br />Mainline Management.
