Essentially, the <br />main goal is a third lane on Highway 10. The study will include land use <br />management along the corridor and coordinating any highway improvements <br />with other multi-modal projects (i.e., Northstar Corridor). This north metro <br />Highway 10 corridor coalition group is just starting to get organized and the <br />membership tentatively includes the cities of Coon Rapids, Anoka, Ramsey, <br />Andover and Elk River, along with Anoka County.
