The Park and <br />Recreation Commission recommends the following: <br /> <br />1. Residential Park Dedication fee increase of $70 to $1,470.00 per dwelling <br />unit, a proposed increase of 5%. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />A park facility use fee for open park shelters of $20 for Elk River residents <br />and $40 for non-residents; also a fee for enclosed park shelters of $40 for <br />Elk River residents and $80 for non-residents. <br /> <br />The Commission is also reviewing a sliding scale deposit for the use of <br />Woodland Trails Park by community groups and non-728 District schools.
