<br />It' , <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-80 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING, WITH COl\tIMENTS, THE LOCATION AND DESIGN OF <br />THE PROPOSED RIVERDALE AND FOLEY BOULEVARD, NORTHSTAR CORR.IDOR <br />COMMUTER RAIL STATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the plans for the Riverdale and Foley Boulevard Northstar Corridor Commuter Rail <br />Stations are contained in the Northstar Corridor Advanced Corridor Plan, dated August 3, 2000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute Section 174,86 gives the City the opportunity to review and approve <br />the proposed location and design of these Stations. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City approves the proposed location and <br />desiQIl of the Stations with the following comments: <br />~ ~ <br /> <br />I. Site plan approval by the City of the final station designs is required. <br /> <br />" The following aspects of the Riverdale Station need to be further addressed: <br />A. The appropriate location of the Northdale Boulevard access drive <br />B. Appropriate pedestrian tlow to the Station <br />C. Measures to control noise generated by Station activities <br /> <br />3.
