<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />St. Cloud Resolution No. 2000-10-344 <br /> <br />JOINT RESOLUTION <br />as to the <br />ADVANCED CORRIDOR PLAN for the ST. CLOUD EAST STATION <br />by and between the <br />CITY OF ST. CLOUD and the TOWN OF HAVEN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation for the State Of Minnesota has <br />submitted the proposed physical design components for the Advanced Corridor <br />Plan (ACP) for the St. Cloud East Station; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the St. Cloud East Station site is situated within the Town of Haven <br />(the "Town") but is intended to be developed in the City of St. Cloud (the '"City"); <br />and ' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City and Town have reviewed the ACP and have reached <br />agreement with respect to the preferred plan layout and components <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ST. CLOUD, MINNESOTA AND THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE <br />TOWN OF HAVEN that: <br /> <br />The Advanced Corridor Plan is hereby approved subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. The State of Minnesota to construct a frontage road along the southwest side <br />of T.H. 10 between 15th Avenue SE and Lincoln Avenue (Sherburne County <br />Road 63). Said frontage road construction to occur during or prior to <br />construction of the St. Cloud East Station. <br /> <br />2. Sherburne County to designate the new Lincoln Avenue alignment as a <br />County Road or Highway. <br /> <br />3. When signal warrants are met, the State of Minnesota and Sherburne County <br />to install a traffic control signal system at the intersection of T. H. 10 lLincoln <br />Avenue. Concurrent with traffic signal installation, Sherburne County to <br />relocate Del-Tone Road (Sherburne County State Aid Highway #7) so that it <br />connects to this relocated intersection. <br /> <br />4. The property boundaries depicted on the attached site plan are assumed to <br />be correct and no displacement of existing adjacent business establishments <br />will be required. <br /> <br />5. The ACP to be revised to show sufficient space to accommodate the future <br />relocation of the St. Cloud Amtrak station, either in its existing building or a <br />new building, to the St. Cloud East Station site. <br />
